Airport Concessions (ACDBE)

Mr. O’Bannon skillfully represented food and beverage operators to ensure compliance with the joint venture guidance and in obtaining ACDBE certification in Illinois, Texas and Maryland.

Government Contracting

Mr. O'Bannon has successfully represented clients in administrative protest appeals related to contract awards. He has also expertly drafted and revised airport DBE and Small Business concern programs for major airports.

Business Law

Mr. O’Bannon successfully represented a seller of an operating restaurant in an Asset Purchase Agreement transaction. He has prosecuted and defended numerous breach of contract claims, including claims under the Deceptive Trade Practices Act.
